August-New patient and appointments update
Due to the backlog and difficulty in allocating appointments, we are having to put a temporary hold on accepting new patients.

Meantime, the reception team are still having to deal with some patients who are being unreasonable in their expectations of how quickly they should have an appointment. We understand your frustrations but, like the rest of healthcare, we are working hard to deal with the huge backlog of care that is required.
We have been doing our best to look after our patients and will continue to do so in our usual caring and professional manner.
Thanks to the huge majority of our patients who are the same in return. To the minority that are abusive and unreasonable, please stop. We are all working hard to help and continue to do so.
