Some lovely feedback about David ...Received this from one of his patients who has consented for it to be shared:
Hi,
I just wanted to give some positive feedback about my recent treatment with David.
I had last visited the surgery a few years ago when Gillian was my dentist as I am very anxious with dental appointments. I had quite a traumatic experience at the dental hospital and did not come back to finish the rest of the work I needed done. I was then unable to pluck up the courage to come back as more time went on.
Recently I was having issues with my gums so I phoned in and spoke to David. He booked me in to check everything over and was really good at explaining everything in detail. I have been to the surgery often over the past 3 months with quite a few appointments as I needed alot of work done including treating an infected tooth. David made me feel at ease, explaining everything he was doing and why. I really appreciated this as it's nice to know what's happening step by step, and he regularly checked to make sure I was okay during the treatment which also made me feel at ease.
Unfortunately I had to have quite a few anesthetic injections, aswell as having the abscess drained. I never felt a thing from any of the jags, several fillings or the root canal treatment. It's never nice having to have dental work done but it's definitely a bonus when it is pain free.
David also phoned me a few days after the complex treatment sessions to check how I was doing and make sure there were no issues. I've never had a dentist do that before which I thought was very thorough and conscientious.
Just wanted to say a massive thank you to David for all his effort and hard work getting my teeth into better condition, and helping me feel comfortable enough to now come back for routine appointments!
It's always nice when you have such a positive experience to give good feedback, and as David done a great job I definitely had to let you know
